Inspire Designs began as Avena's Web Design in early 1999. Over the years, we have dedicated our efforts to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Our Webmaster, Avena Singh, is dedicated to the success of your Web site. Avena worked as the Webmaster for Southwestern Oregon Community College for over 5 years and now teaches classes online. She has a Bachelor's degree in Web Management and a Master's in Business Administration.
